I just attended The Designing for Good seminar in the CopenhagenDesignWeek. The seminar explored the business rewards of design that takes part in solving global challenges.
Which included speeches from three major figures in contemporary design: Chris Bangle, ex-Chief of Design for the BMW Group; Cameron Sinclair, co-founder of Architecture for Humanity; Patrick Frick Process Designer.
The lecturers had some truly inspiring ideas, especially Cameron Sinclair who showed allot of excitement and energy about creating designs that actually help the people in the third world.
