PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE client work
Charging system for electric vehicles, ChoosEV & DTU 2010
Bachelor project about design of corporate electric car management product-service-system. Developed in cooperation with the supplier of electric vehicles ChoosEV. To produce a user-centered design process my team used three years of accumulated knowledge and methods to conduct a thorough analysis and mapping of user needs and problems. Iin particular contributed with my ability to organize, analyze analytically, think creatively and thus formed an overview of the task and ultimately developed a holistic solution.
EXPERIENCE work and student jobs
Managing Director Green Vision, 2010-now
Administrative director of the student organization Green Vision with responsibility for corporate strategy, fundraising, budgeting, project development, business contact and recruitment of students and personnel.
Green Vision develops innovative online educational materials about green technologies, to the Danish upper secondary schools, in projects supported by the Danish industry as well as funds. I tried how it feels to sit with the overall responsibility and influence the future of an organization.
Assistant teacher in Dynamics and vibrations, DTU 2009
Communication of basic dynamic phenomena in mechanical systems. I instructed the students in a structured and orderly way and changed my way of explaining the material, so the students could see the problem from different angles. The course ended with a positive feedback from the students.
IT-Supporter, Industriens Pension 2008-now
I solved problems encountered on the employee’s PCs and serviced the company’s server in-house. Regular explanation of technical terms to non- IT staff without being derogatory. I also questioned the existing work pattern and use of software in order to locate the true problem.
Student help, IT-Jobbank 2007-2008
Investigative customer service where I contacted customers to map and address potential widespread problems. I managed my own tasks and planned autonomously using my experience and thoroughness of how the different tasks should be followed up to ensure a high quality.
Phone support, Telia 2007
Support of newer mobile phones, including sale and general customer support. My task included canvassing of Telia’s first VoIP product to selected customers. I worked quickly with high quality. I learned how to handle surly and uninterested customers and turn this to own advantage.
Hotel porter, Imperial Hotel 2006-2007
I solved everyday IT problems for both the management and guests and was also tested in stressed situations such as preventing fire. I dealt with customers from home and abroad and achieved the knowledge of how to communicate a message simple and accurate, and the importance of a presentable appearance including a polite and forthcoming manner towards strangers.
Military service, Antvorskov kasserne 2006
Trained as combat troop and graduated with Her Majesties honer. I participated in a parachute training course, 15-hours firefighting course and received a silver medal in the 30-hours first aid course. I tested and transcends own personal boundaries by physical endurance, discipline and military trial. But I also felt the sense of community within a platoon and of overcoming a at first sight impossible goal.

BSc. Eng. Design and Innovation, DTU 2007-2012
Design engineers have a holistic approach to the engineering work, which focuses on method, technique and context. The education include a combination of technical science and social science disciplines and skills. I have chosen to focus on interaction and system design. Through my study, I have learned to lead a group by listening to the participants, establish an overview, structure the work and finally prepare clear tasks.
BEST course: TRIZ – Innovation theory, Politechnico Milano 2008
Intensive 10-day course with engineering students from across the EU. Lectures by Italy’s first man of TRIZ-Innovation theory, company visits and tours during Milan Design Week 08.
Philosophy course, Testrup Højskole 2005
4 month stay with an immersion in philosophy, rhetoric, bodily theater, photography and film. Løgstrup taught me, that one always holds a portion of the other ones life in his hand. Nietzsche, that the brave is he who sees the abyss, but with pride.
Gymnasium, Gammel Hellerup Gymnasium 2002 -2005
Mathematics and physics on advances level, with teaching tailored for computer learning. I learned how to work in groups and to reach a better result when collaborating.

ABROAD study and travels
Travel through Thailand & Cambodia 2009
1 month of immersion in good books on the whitest beaches and diving in the Southern Thailand. Hiking, rafting and elephant riding in Northern Thailand and temple sightseeing in Cambodia.
Driving through USA 2007
3 months traveling in own Chrysler sedan ’95 from Los Angeles, California to Arizona, Utah and Nevada. I tried living the American dream and lifestyle. Everything from the DMV and 6-lane highways and punctures in the middle of the desert to local wine farmer and impressive national parks.
INTERESTS personal
I watch a lot of sci-fi, but also the more critically acclaimed films. I read, mostly the more philosophical, such as Milan Kundera, but also about design and architecture. I also read comic books and follow numerous blogs about design and technology on a daily basis. In my spare time I run and bicycle, and try not sit down all day.
