My name is Sebastian Krumhausen. I was born in 1986 and is currently living in Copenhagen, Denmark, where I study the engineering specialization, Design & Innovation at the Danish University of Technology. I’m further specialized in product service systems and mobile technology. Ever since I can remember I have always wanted to build and create things, everything from tree houses to computers. I have always been interested in computers and tech (that’s why I study engineering), but also industrial design and architecture.
I have skills in mechanical design, IT and product development. I am interested in new technologies and how these can be used to develop new innovative solutions. I can visualize my ideas through hand sketching / marker renderings and 3d computer modeling and animation.
I’ve done military service, travelled through the US and Asia and lately worked as the administrative leader of a student organization. I am used to teamwork, where we have limited time to finalize a concept. I’m accustomed to responsibility and have experience in project management.
My IT knowledge range from development to the more operational tasks. From object-oriented programming, e.g. Java & Python, and web design, i.e. CSS and PHP, to maintenance of complex software configurations on Windows and the OS X platform. I have often worked with the Adobe program package and MS Office, in order to present conceptual ideas.
